Great way to learn with a very experienced expert.
I ‘met’ Natalie when she presented on a recent Cake Makers Collective demonstration. Tried the Food Allergy Awareness course before committing to the Level 3 Food Safety course. I trained as a Home Economist many years ago, have taught children cookery and have a home cake business so I’ve taken many courses, lots with Virtual College and these are much more interesting and up to date.
